We want you to be happy with your purchase, so should something go wrong then we’re here to help. Print out your original invoice, write the problem on it and includeit in your package. Then follow the guidance below.

Unused Items: We’re able to offer you a refund or exchange on any item that we receive back within 30 days of your order as long as the item is unused and unpainted. Send the item, along with the invoice, to:

Faulty Items: We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only. Please note, if the item is deemed not to be faulty there will be a charge of £4.20 payable for the cost of postage.

Damaged Items: Sometimes accidents happen in the postal system. I your item arrives in a damaged condition then please let us know within 36 hours of being delivered. Any items reported to us after this time cannot be processed as damaged on arrival.
